    I create and manage content for websites, social media, print collateral, pay-per-click advertising, presentations, and proposals. The fresh set of eyes (and hands) to help say what you really want, but don't know how because you're too close to it. I can collaborate with your designers and Web developers or assemble a virtual team to package up the content nice and pretty.

    VBW clients tend to be startups and small/medium businesses who need a fresh perspective for articulating their message on websites, in proposals, on data sheets, and even on Twitter and Facebook. While many are in high tech (given my geeky tendencies), some are in consumer products and professional services. Actually, the less I know about a client's business at the outset, the better, to keep things fresh.

I started VBW as Virtual Business Writing in 2001, as a part-time, work-from-home gig mostly writing marketing copy for print and the Web. Gradually, clients recognized me as a veritable, bona-fide wordsmith and began throwing me complex proposals, reports, and technical documents to polish up.
